Friday Fun Time with Mick "Simply" Hucknall

Mick Hucknall - Tribute to Bobby is due out on Monday, 19th May. The album is a collection of songs taken from the back catalogue of the enormously influential singer Bobby 'Blue' Bland.
Bobby Bland's version of Soul, Blues and R'n'B helped set the standard for his era. Hucknall's distinctive voice manages to maintain the power of the original recordings but at the same time make the songs his own. The album features classic Bobby Bland tracks such as Ain't That Lovin' You, Stormy Monday Blues, and Cry, Cry, Cry, and is a must buy for fans of Simply Red, as well as Bobby Bland.

Anyway, to the point my friends... while reading about this I came across this fantastic clip of Mick appearing on the Tony Ferrino Show (AKA Steve Coogan) which I thought might bring a smile to all of your faces on a lovely, sunny Friday!
